About The Position

Provide the highest level of quality and service to our guests in an incredibly friendly atmosphere. Serve beverages to guests at tables in the restaurant as they are ordered by the servers; assist in clearing glassware and guest requests.

Requirements

  • Six months to one year related experience preferred.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must take an pass all training tests 85% or higher.

Responsibilities

  • Serve beverages to guests from the bar; adding the appropriate garnishes as required.
  • Knowledgeable about HCR culinary cocktails, wine, beer, and spirit offerings.
  • Assist servers with guest requests as needed, including conveying new orders to servers for ordering.
  • Assist in the removal of dishes and glasses from tables or counters and take them to the bar or kitchen for cleaning.
  • Stock service areas with supplies and garnishes as required.
  • Check guests' identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages.
  • Assist in monitoring guests' physical condition when entering the restaurant and bar; monitor alcohol consumption while on the premises to ensure all HCR and county serving policies are followed. Take appropriate steps according to HCR policy to reduce the occurrence of alcohol related issues.
  • Carry ice buckets from the ice machine to the wells, and carry heavy trays of beverages from the bar to the dining room.
  • Must be dependable, report to work as scheduled and on time, and follow all policies regarding attendance.
