Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a cocktail server or lounge server
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
- Friendly, polished, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-energy, nightlife setting
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Guide guests through our cocktail, wine, and beer offerings with confidence
- Take and deliver drink orders efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Follow proper sequence of service to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Anticipate guest needs and create a fun, elevated lounge atmosphere
- Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal alcohol laws
