WE LOVE OUR WORK. Takes orders and serves guests beverages; totals charges and accepts payments. Responds to guest requests for amenities. This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and team members. Maintains a professional appearance at all times, clean and well-groomed as per standard. Able to answer questions when asked about Hollywood’s operations. Provides friendly, quick, and professional service to guests and co-workers. Keeps service wells wiped down, clean, and free of debris and clutter. Remains visible by standing in assigned station with an approachable look and stance at all times. Follows policies and procedures. Prepares drinks and serves drinks to guests within the following guidelines: beverage round time must be 10 minutes or less, beverages served within minutes of when an order have been taken, and keep an immaculate station by picking up all glassware through the station in a timely manner. Accepts payment for orders and provides accurate change. Notifies supervisor if a guest appears intoxicated. Prepares service wells for the following shift by completing opening and closing duties. Maintains ongoing awareness of safety and responds to emergencies accordingly. Other duties as assigned.
