Be well-versed in all areas of our beverages and steps of service to confidently make recommendations and answer questions. Use our Toast point-of-sale system efficiently to take orders, process payments, and ensure accuracy. Youre detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests. Collaborate with the team to maintain a smooth workflow, including assisting in other areas as needed. Address guest feedback with a positive attitude, working to turn challenges into opportunities for exceptional service.
