About The Position

Omni Royal Orleans is seeking a Cocktail Server to join our team. Located in the heart of the French Quarter, Omni Royal Orleans anchors the corner of St. Louis and Royal Streets and has long been recognized as a historic Four Diamond hotel that reflects a more sophisticated time. As part of our recent renovation, the Royal Lobby Bar is a new addition, enhancing our tradition of timeless elegance while offering guests a refreshed experience. Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a commercial kitchen preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including AM and PM shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must hold a valid Food Handler Certification and Louisiana Responsible Vendor Card.
• Must be available to work Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

Nice To Haves

• Pastry baking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests promptly, courteously, and professionally.
• Practice upselling and suggestive selling when taking orders.
• Pick up and deliver orders efficiently.
• Deliver beverages to guests as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized lounge and service areas; monitor guest tables.
• Ensure service areas are cleaned and cleared regularly.
• Process guest payments accurately and courteously upon departure.
