About The Position

The Cocktail Server enhances the guest experience by delivering prompt, friendly, and professional beverage service in lounges, banquet functions, and occasionally restaurant settings. This role contributes to guest satisfaction, revenue generation, and the establishment's reputation for exceptional service. HOW YOU'LL SHAPE THE EXPERIENCE & FUTURE Take and accurately process guest beverage orders. Serve alcoholic beverages, including shots, bottled beer, draught beer, and mixed drinks, in accordance with legal and company standards. Sell unopened alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for off-premises consumption when permitted. Handle guest payments, process sales, and provide accurate change. Arrive for scheduled shifts on time, in uniform, and ready to work per company standards. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and applicable alcohol service laws. Greet and engage guests warmly to create a welcoming environment. Assist with additional duties as assigned by leadership. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, guest-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Accuracy in handling transactions and maintaining compliance with alcohol service regulations.
• Professional demeanor and reliability in attendance and appearance.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation and service standards.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have TIPS certification.
• Successful completion of a background check is required prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a hospitality, bar, or restaurant environment preferred.
• Familiarity with responsible alcohol service practices.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service under pressure.
