Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
• Ability to successfully complete all required alcohol awareness training.
• Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license.
• This work requires being on your feet for long periods and includes frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting objects up to 50 lbs.
• The environment may include exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that high-quality food and beverages are served to guests at all times.
• Follow all alcohol safety standards, including checking IDs to verify the minimum drinking age.
• Provide excellent guest service to both external and internal guests.
• Maintain cleanliness standards for your assigned station and shared work areas.
• Handle financial transactions and process guest payments accurately.
• Promote a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment.
