Cocktail Servers are responsible for connecting with and providing beverage service to guests in the lounge area located within Hyatt Regency Austin's brand-new lunch, dinner, and bar outlet, Ripple & Roots. The right candidate will be quick to gain menu knowledge and give recommendations from our compilation of offerings. This person will engage in casual conversation and cultivate guests' Ripple & Roots experience using their style and service attributes. Other duties include general restaurant preparation and maintaining a sanitary environment. If you have experience as a server in a restaurant, we'd love to hear from you! Requirements

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
Refined verbal communication skills.
Ability to lift moderate amounts of weight.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Availability in afternoon and evenings

Bartending / serving experience strongly preferred.
