Responsibilities

• Take guest drink orders, prepare garnishes, and serve beverages with flair and efficiency
• Master the details—know every menu item, liquor brand, beer, and non-alcoholic option so you can make confident recommendations
• Share your insider knowledge of hotel features, amenities, and local attractions to elevate the guest experience
• Complete opening and closing duties based on shift assignment, including stocking, organizing, polishing glassware, and ensuring service stations are spotless and guest-ready
