Omni Royal Orleans is seeking a Cocktail Server to join our team.   • Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs with restaurant, banquet, and specialty dessert menu preparation.
  • Greet all guests promptly, courteously, and professionally.
  • Practice upselling and suggestive selling when taking orders.
  • Pick up and deliver orders efficiently.
  • Deliver beverages to guests as needed.
  • Maintain clean and organized lounge and service areas; monitor guest tables.
  • Ensure service areas are cleaned and cleared regularly.
  • Process guest payments accurately and courteously upon departure.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a commercial kitchen preferred.
  • Pastry baking experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including AM and PM shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must hold a valid Food Handler Certification and Louisiana Responsible Vendor Card.
  • Must be available to work Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
