THE JOB:
The Cocktail Server is responsible for taking accurate orders from our guests, makes food recommendations, and provides excellent guest service. Upsells food and beverage items to maximize profitability.

To be successful in this position, we're looking for an amazing people connector, who thrives on creating experiences and problem solving. This role as the Cocktail Server requires skills such as patience, empathy, and a desire to provide excellent service for our guests.

Requirements

• One year of food and beverage service experience, preferably in a hotel/resort environment.
• Must have excellent customer service/communication skills to work with guests and provide a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work on AM, PM, weekend, and holiday shifts as required by operational needs.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
• Possess a strong knowledge of food and beverage preparation, hotel service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
• Maintains extensive knowledge of all menu and bar items.
• Requires the ability to learn and use telephone and POS computer systems used at the hotel.
