Receive and take guest orders and process in a timely manner through whatever systems are currently used in the restaurant. Serve food and beverages to guests. Perform sidework as assigned Operate point of sale system. Straighten chairs and keep floor free of debris. Clean service area and replenish as needed. Bus and set tables. Handle cash and credit transactions. Perform other duties as assigned. Communicate with support crew and management. Adhere to the Hospitality Cash Handling Policy. - Extend and total the check double-check for accuracy and have host sign it.
