About The Position

Responsible for selling and serving cocktails to customers in the casino.

Requirements

• Must have a High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must have basic math skills and cash handling skills
• Must have very good communication and written skills.
• ABLE Liquor License. Receipt will serve as a license for 30 days.
• Food Handlers permit within 30 days from date of hire.
• Ability to work any shifts, start time, weekends, and holidays.
• Documents that establish both Identity and Employment Eligibility.
• Kickapoo Tribal Gaming License.
• Walking or standing for long periods of time; Occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping; good finger dexterity and feeling; frequent repetitive motions; talking, hearing and visual acuity.
• Frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs)
• Occasional lifting (up to 75 lbs).
• Be able to reach, bend and stoop.
• Ability to organize and coordinate multi tasks.

Responsibilities

• Accurately take cocktail and food orders and serving to customers in a timely manner.
• Relays orders to Bartender and/or Kitchen staff.
• Responsible for making change out of issued banks.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements for the serving of alcoholic beverages.
• Keeps assigned area clean at all times.
• Professional appearance (well-groomed)
• Provide a friendly and courteous customer service.
• Performs other duties and projects as required by management
