Requirements

• No specific education level required.
• Ability to stand and walk constantly on various surfaces.
• Ability to crouch, stoop, twist, balance, reach, handle, and lift/carry items as described in physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the guests’ needs are promptly, efficiently and courteously met.
• Deliver beverages to guests.
• Promote and up-sell liquor and food.
• Be familiar with different kinds of liquor, recipes, prices of drinks, proper glassware, and garnishes.
• Follow guidelines regarding age identification for suspected minors and intoxicated customers.
• Attend required meetings.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Be extremely courteous to all customers and fellow employees.
• Report unsafe conditions to your supervisor immediately.
• Maintain hotel equipment in proper working conditions.
• Perform any other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor.
