About The Position

Levy is hiring a Cocktail Server for the Snow Summit location. This is a seasonal position that requires working weekends and holidays. The pay starts at $19 per hour, and it is a mandatory tip split position. Cocktail Servers will interact with many guests daily and are expected to maintain a professional and friendly attitude. A comprehensive knowledge of the bar's spirits and drink mixes is crucial for up-selling specials and major sponsorship drinks. Flexibility to work various shifts, including late nights and extended hours, is required.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Check guests' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age.
• Uphold the company's two drink per person policy.
• Greet, direct, and respond to guest questions and needs in a timely manner.
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks.
• Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations based on the venue's menu.
• Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for guests.
• Clean and clear tables, and return bar glasses to the dish pit for cleaning.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the venue per company standards.
