About The Position

Delaware North Gaming is seeking energetic Cocktail Servers to enhance the guest experience at Hamburg Gaming in Hamburg, New York. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Greets guests on gaming floor and beverage outlets
• Communicates drink specials, answers questions about available beverages and takes beverage orders
• Serves alcohol beverages responsibly, requests identification, adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures
• Enters drink orders into the point-of-sale system; picks up drink orders and delivers to guests
• Picks up drinks orders when ready and delivers orders to guests
• Prepares and delivers check to guests
