The Grand Rapids Area Coalition to End Homelessness/Continuum of Care (CoC) coordinates and facilitates planning efforts to resolve episodes of homelessness while executing against strategic goals for system performance and equity across Kent County. Work happens through multi-agency committees, shared standards, and continuous quality improvement. Reporting to the CoC Operations Director, this role is ideal for someone who excels at coordinating multiple projects, communicating clearly, organizing complex information into structured systems, and translating detailed conversations into concise meeting minutes. It is a great fit for an individual who thrives in a hybrid to in-person environment, collaborates well with diverse partners and committees, and is motivated by supporting mission-driven work that strengthens community systems. YOU WILL WORK ON INITIAITVES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Supporting CoC committees, workgroups, and membership meetings through scheduling, agenda preparation, materials, and meeting minutes. Providing coordination and communication support for CoC partners and United Way Updating and maintaining accurate documents, resources, and content on the CoC Supporting the annual HUD and MSHDA NOFA funding process through tracking, documentation, and coordination. Monitoring issues and sharing timely updates related to homelessness, best practices, and system changes. Processing invoices, maintaining organized financial documentation; as needed, and supporting administrative operations with the CoC. Participating in front desk rotation and general administrative duties within United Ensuring strong professionalism, independence, and collaborative partnerships across all interactions.
