As a COBRA Support Representative, you’ll play an important role in helping us offer customized, self-funded insurance options to our clients and members. The primary function of the COBRA Support Representative is to facilitate accurate, timely and appropriate notification and enrollment to our group’s COBRA and Direct Bill members. This role is perfect for you if: You’re a detail-oriented problem solver with a knack for clear communication and a proactive mindset. You thrive in fast-paced environments, manage your time like a pro, and find satisfaction in keeping things organized and efficient. You’re comfortable navigating Microsoft Office products like Outlook, Excel, and Teams. You bring a collaborative spirit, take ownership of your work, and genuinely want to support your teammates and the clients we serve. Experience in COBRA administration or in another benefits-related role is a plus, but not a must. What matters most is you’re dependable, eager to learn, and ready to be part of something great. This role requires onsite presence for the first 90-days of employment with the opportunity to transition into a hybrid schedule, with a step-by-step path towards earning up to three (3) remote work from home days per week.
