Requirements
- 72 months of experience with Java programming in an IBM environment development using IBM’s Rational Application Developer (RAD) and WebSphere Application Server (WAS)
- 84 months of experience developing tax processing systems in a federal, state or municipal agency
- 84 months installing, configuring, patching, testing Open Text Exstream software and architecting the design of complex business applications
- 84 months of IBM Mainframe COBOL programming experience
- 84 months of IBM DB2 for z/OS experience
