The COBOL Mainframe Systems Programmer Analyst will provide expert-level programming and analysis for child support systems within the DCF Family and Economic Support Technical Services (FESTS) Section. This role involves working on a large and complex MVS/COBOL/DB2/CICS system, as well as .NET distributed applications, to develop and maintain child support applications. The position requires a strong understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and involves collaboration with a team to ensure the successful delivery of projects mandated by federal and state requirements.
