The Role As a COBOL Mainframe Application Developer, you will work directly with the Department of Labor client personnel as a consultant to support development on their existing Unemployment and Disability Insurance software system. You will create and use programming specs to build assigned components, ensuring these components are properly documented, unit tested, and ready for integration.
