Responsibilities

• Install and maintain cable systems, including Ethernet and fiber optic installations.
• Perform fiber splicing and ensure proper connections for optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues related to telecommunication systems, including Cisco routers and telephone lines.
• Utilize tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters to test electrical connections and ensure system integrity.
• Provide field service support, addressing customer inquiries and resolving technical issues on-site.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
