About The Position

This position is responsible for providing excellent internal and external service, managing material movement within the warehouse, and performing system updates. Key duties include preparing shipments for transport, loading and unloading trucks, and adhering to all safety procedures. The role also involves processing Return Material Authorization (RMA) paperwork, assisting with office administration tasks and order e-mails, and scheduling pickups and deliveries while generating necessary shipment documents.

Requirements

• Professional written and verbal communication
• Efficient in Microsoft Office
• Detail and customer service oriented

Nice To Haves

• Barcode experience preferred
• Logistics software experience preferred
