Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in applying epoxy coatings
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in polishing concrete
• Proficient in the use of tools and equipment related to coatings application
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors

Responsibilities
