About The Position

Our plant operates 24/7 so we have multiple shifts available, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, 8 to 12-hour shifts, etc. Note - If you are selected for an overnight, evening or weekend shift, you may be brought onto a different shift initially for training purposes before starting on your actual shift.

Requirements

Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher completed and verified prior to start
Minimum one (1) year of plant and/or manufacturing experience in a public, private, government, or military environment
Ability to perform assignments with minimal supervision
Ability to resolve issues or problems that may arise.
Ability to perform responsibility accurately and thoroughly.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Efficient organization and time-management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to work well under pressure
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Responsibilities

Ensure the efficient setup and production of quality material on their assigned coating line
Responsible for coordinating job changeovers, monitoring the master schedule, and accurately recording and entering production data, including test results
Complete accurately and in a timely manner, all required production reports and quality data entries utilizing provided job traveler and/or designated software
Review Manufacturing Order schedule and prepare/plan for upcoming production runs
Coordinate and perform production runs to meet targets based on job specifications and work instructions
Promote and maintain a safe working environment at all times
Maintain housekeeping at machine areas according to established standards
Master all controls and consoles related to the whole operation or specific stations and tools on the line
