Requirements

Have manufacturing or mechanical experience
Have computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Are detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Are comfortable working with equipment and technology

Nice To Haves

Experience with vacuum systems or process control
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
Experience troubleshooting production equipment

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor coating line systems (gas, power, vacuum, and drive systems)
Adjust process settings to maintain quality and efficiency
Perform equipment checks, calibrations, and basic troubleshooting
Use computers to track production data and maintain records
Follow safety and quality standards
Work with your team to support production goals
