About The Position

Entry Specialist within the Agency Contractor job family. Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks. Complexity & Problem Solving: Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment. Has little or no role in decision-making. Collaboration & Interaction: Normally receives detailed instructions on all work. Works under close supervision. Entry Specialist (Hourly)

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must pass Chemical Hygiene Training.
  • Analytical, mathematical, organizational, and communication skills required.
  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret production sheets.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot manufacturing equipment both electrically and mechanically.
  • Capable of overcoming obstacles and completing assignments in a timely manner.
  • Team-oriented approach with a desire to work in a hands-on capacity.
  • Positive attitude, good judgment, and excellent time management skills.
  • Positive can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work in high noise areas and wear appropriate hearing protection devices.
  • Manual material handling involving the need to grip, squeeze, and pinch.
  • Ability to use hard tined rake to move/break apart parts frequently.
  • The position requires the ability to regularly stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance; and regularly lift/push/pull/carry up to 50
  • Must be able to complete all essential job functions listed in the position responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong working knowledge of industrial controls and instrumentation preferred.
