Coating Operator (Day Shift)
About The Position
(Including but not limited to) Key Functions: Perform Multiple tasks to include inspection, cleaning, masking, grit blasting, Glass Bead peening and coating of components Application of plasma HVOF Ability to use hand tools Ability to correctly use measuring devices (i.e. micrometers, Dial Indicators, etc.) Ability to follow, interpret and act on written and verbal job instructions, reports, technical manuals and data Operate coating booths as required Practice and ensure good shop safety practices Monitors tool and equipment calibration Input process data into system Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of previous Thermal Spray operation experience
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to successfully communicate with others
- Ability to follow material control processes
- High School Diploma or GED
