Sumitomo is looking for a 2nd shift Coating Operator to join our growing team. The role involves operating and setting up one or more PVD coating machines to perform meticulous machine operations on highly repetitive and standardized parts. With technical guidance, the operator will keep coating department machinery and mechanical equipment in good repair. Work is performed under close supervision and is subject to strict process inspection procedures. The operator must follow company standards that are currently in place and communicate any production problems with the team lead and/or supervisor.
