Requirements

• Proven experience in events management or hospitality environments
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively
• Excellent customer service and guest relations capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
• Strong organizational skills combined with attention to detail
• Must be fluent in English
• Must adhere to dress code(black shirt, black shoes, black pants) and maintain presentable appearance
• Ability to sit for long periods of time

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with coat and personal item check-in efficiently
• Maintain an organized coat check area, ensuring items are stored securely and accurately tagged
• Handle guest inquiries regarding coat storage, location of belongings, or event information with professionalism
• Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately during check-out procedures
• Resolve any conflicts or discrepancies related to coat or item retrieval promptly and diplomatically
• Collaborate with event staff to coordinate guest flow during busy periods or special events
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including lifeguard or emergency procedures if applicable
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coat check area throughout shifts
