Requirements

  • Ability to work late hours.
  • Flexible schedule.
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills a must.
  • At least one year work experience interacting with people in a positive environment.
  • Read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms.
  • Working environment is fast-paced, often loud and stressful.
  • Position requires extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feet.
  • Must be able to lift or move up to 25 lbs using proper lifting techniques.

Nice To Haves

  • Bi-lingual a plus.
  • Experience in a live music environment a plus.
  • Prior Customer service experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a resource of information for all Guests and Members regarding their experience in the music area.
  • Provide assistance to all positions and communicate effectively with others to enhance guest and members experience.
  • Ability to balance tickets issued to revenue.
  • Articulate vocabulary with the ability to adapt and socialize with current audience.
  • Maintain clean and organized coatroom.
  • Place coat check tabs on hangers in numerical order.
  • Ability to anticipate guests' needs.
  • Adherent to venue dress code policy.
  • Ensure guest safety through proactive personal interaction and removing hazards in the area of responsibility.
  • Safeguard against theft and property damage.
  • Attend pre-shift meeting conducted by Manager on Duty prior to start of each shift.
