About The Position

Bilingual Spanish Real Estate Agent (Mexico City Clientele + Referral Network) We’re growing the client services for buyers and sellers with ties to Mexico, including a strong pipeline connected to Mexico City (CDMX). We’re looking for an agent who can deliver high-trust, high-touch service in Spanish, build long-term referral relationships with Mexico-based partners and families, and help develop a COMPASS affinity group that strengthens community, collaboration, and referral flow for Mexico-connected clients and professionals. Serve Spanish-speaking clients, with a focus on Mexico-based and Mexico City-connected buyers and sellers Build and manage referral relationships with partners in CDMX (agents, attorneys, CPAs, family offices, relocation contacts) Guide clients through the San Diego buying/selling process with clear communication and proactive updates Support cross-border considerations (timelines, documentation coordination, communication across time zones)

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is required to effectively communicate with diverse clients
  • Experience in real estate sales, particularly with cross-border transactions
  • Ability to build and maintain strong referral networks with partners in Mexico City
  • Proven track record of guiding clients through the buying and selling process with clarity and confidence
  • Strong understanding of San Diego's real estate market and its unique opportunities
  • Ability to coordinate documentation and timelines across different time zones
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster trust and long-term relationships with clients and partners
