About The Position

Join Our Growing Team at Novant Health Family Medicine and Convenient Care as a Family Medicine Physician in Carolina Shores, North Carolina. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide comprehensive care across all ages, including newborns, within a full-scope practice. You will work alongside a collaborative team of six full-time physicians and 12 Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants, supported by a clinical and clerical team. The practice features on-site imaging and labs, ensuring streamlined patient care and reduced wait times. Enjoy a flexible work-life balance with only four weeks of call per year, and focus solely on outpatient care without inpatient responsibilities.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Family Medicine.
• Valid medical license to practice in North Carolina.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a family medicine practice.
• Interest in community health and patient-centered care.
• Familiarity with electronic health records, preferably Epic.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive family medicine care to patients of all ages.
