About The Position

The COAF Ops Sr. Coordinator at Capital One Auto Finance plays a crucial role in the Vehicle Remarketing team, focusing on the processing of repossession titling and ensuring compliance with title work prior to vehicle sales. Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 1 year using Google Suite or Microsoft Office

• Associate Degree
• At least 1 year of auto loan servicing experience
• At least 2 years of titles or lien placement experience

Responsibilities

• Process repossession titling for Vehicle Remarketing
• Ensure title work is processed prior to sale of vehicle
• Place calls to dealerships, DMVs, and other financial institutions
• Utilize probing questions to obtain required information
• Request and prepare title work from vendors
• Manage and complete lien verification requests
• Complete daily spreadsheet work
• Monitor performance/daily stats and manage monthly volumes
• Able to pre-fill state documents required for repossession titling
• Maintain a regulated notary log for compliance
