About The Position
The Track Coach position at Buffalo Community Middle School involves coaching and mentoring 7th or 8th grade athletes. The coach will work alongside other coaches to conduct practices, attend games, meets, and contests, and manage the overall administration of the program. The focus will be on player development, team strategy, skill and technique development, and team leadership and management. The schedule for this position is 2-3 hours per day, 4 days a week, with hours varying from April to May. The position begins on March 24, 2025.
