About The Position

The Tracy Unified School District is seeking candidates for coaching positions. Successful candidates must have clearance from the Department of Justice and submit various certifications prior to coaching, including Tuberculosis Clearance, CPR/First Aid/AED, Fundamentals of Coaching course, Sudden Cardiac Awareness Training, Concussion Training, Heat Illness Training, Water Safety Training (for water sports only), and Cheer and Dance Safety Training (for cheer/dance only). This position is compensated with a stipend, which will be paid as a one-time lump sum at the end of the season, contingent upon completion of all requirements prior to the sport's first official practice date.

Requirements

• Clearance from the Department of Justice.
• Tuberculosis Clearance.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
• Fundamentals of Coaching course completion.
• Sudden Cardiac Awareness Training.
• Concussion Training.
• Heat Illness Training.
• Water Safety Training (for water sports only).
• Cheer and Dance Safety Training (for cheer/dance only).

Responsibilities

• Complete all required certifications prior to coaching.
• Submit a completed employment application through Edjoin.
• Provide a Letter of Introduction and a Resume outlining coaching experience.
