About The Position

As a Coach in Sales Development at T-Mobile, you'll lead a dynamic team of 7-10 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). Your role is crucial in driving sales activities, ensuring pipeline growth, and aligning team efforts with our sales goals. Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 2 - 5 Years Supervisory Experience (Required)
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals. Experience in outbound sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. (Required)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and build relationships with clients and team members. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. (Required)
  • Ability to establish and cultivate initial client relationships, including setting up meetings and connecting with key contacts within the organization. (Required)
  • Superb leadership, coaching, employee relations, and interpersonal skills. (Required)
  • Skilled in confidently delivering presentations to both groups and individuals. (Required)
  • Proficient in leading and managing change initiatives. (Required)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. (Required)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and other sales enablement tools. (Preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook. (Required)

  • 2 - 5 Years Telesales/Customer Service/Sales Supervisory Experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and motivate a team of 7-10 SDRs, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
  • Deliver on outbound and/or inbound growth initiative goals, driving SDR activity metrics and expanding the sales opportunities pipeline in specific territories.
  • Participate in the recruitment process, making hiring decisions and ensuring the team is equipped to succeed.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing individualized coaching, developing career paths for team members, and identifying training needs to recommend plans and programs for skill improvement and overall effectiveness.
  • Work with marketing, sales operations, and leaders from other departments to enhance sales outreach performance, ensure alignment with marketing efforts, and drive the company's sales objectives.
