To work with Athletic Director and all sponsors (coaches) in feeder district involved in cheerleading and students in the high school program.

To assist in providing challenging and enjoyable experiences for all team members.
To contribute to the development and maintenance of school spirit within the school and a positive school image within the community.
To contribute to the development of a positive self-image for the individual team members.
To develop a high level of performance consistent with goals of the South Bend Community School Corporation.

Experience in intermediate/high school cheerleading.
Training in dance and/or familiarity with cheerleading techniques.
Ability to work well with students, the school staff and patrons.
Skills in leadership and organization.
