About The Position

The High School Head Coach for Junior Varsity Football is responsible for leading and managing the JV football team, ensuring a positive and safe environment for student athletes while overseeing all team activities and coaching responsibilities.

Requirements

• Experience in coaching football at the high school level or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire student athletes.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a head coach or assistant coach in football.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and injury management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the JV football team and manage team activities.
• Supervise coaching duties and ensure compliance with school policies.
• Attend staff meetings called by the principal and/or athletic director.
• Serve as a positive influence to student athletes.
• Ensure the safety of student athletes and report injuries to appropriate staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the athletic director.

Benefits

• Part-time position with a monthly stipend of $2,153.
