As a Coach Counselor at the Arkansas Juvenile Assessment and Treatment Center, you will play a crucial role in improving the lives of at-risk youth in your community. In your role, you will provide safety and around-the-clock supervision for the youth in the program, ensuring a supportive atmosphere that meets their needs. You will monitor and document student behaviors and activities, participate in educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities, and collaborate with other professional staff to establish and meet the goals of each student's treatment plan. This position requires no previous experience, as training will be provided. However, candidates with related experience or education may be eligible to start above entry-level.
