- Has an unwavering belief in academic success for all students

- Connects well to students and values communication and partnership with families
- Demonstrates successful results as a coach
- Is committed to our DemeritMerit Behavioral Management System
- Is a graduate of a four year university
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a rigorous high quality athletic program
- Travel to team games performances and practices
- Ensure safety of all students during practices and performances
- Embody our core mindsets as effective team members
- Initiate and maintain open communication with parents and community members
