About The Position

SUMMARY: Operate and troubleshoot the Butina CO2 stunning equipment throughout work shift. Will troubleshooting equipment if down or not operating properly. Direct others in movement of hogs in irons and between equipment. Must maintain AWB requirements and integrity always. Other duties as assigned or determined by manager.

Requirements

• Education:High School diploma GED or equivalency preferred
• 6 plus months of service with the company. Previous experience in other meat-processing facilities can be considered as well.
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills both verbal written. Must be able to communicate effectively with plant management and all other Team Members.
• Must be able to work extended hours including assigned shifts and weekends if needed and maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Must be able to be work with live hogs AWB

Nice To Haves

• College or trade school credits in computers electricity etc. are considered a plus for this position.
