Our goal is to provide white glove customer service which is faster and more flexible than the “big 4” yet more technically advanced than the average panel shop.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Engineering degree or experience a plus
• Proven experience operating laser cutting machinery, ideally CO2 lasers
• Ability to read and understand technical drawing and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with safety procedures in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient computer skills/Microsoft, Excel, Outlook and Word
• Must pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to ensure precise fabrication
• Use technical drawings and blueprints to program CO2 laser to produce quality cuts
• Set up and operate CO2 laser cutting machines according to established procedures and specifications
• Load raw materials into the laser machine and unload finished parts
• Safe and effective forklift / crane operation
• Perform quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet required standards
• Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on laser equipment to ensure optimal functionality
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to improve quality and efficiency
• Troubleshoot technical issues that arise during operation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all safety protocols are followed
• Keep detailed records of production, machine performance, and material usage
