The Co-Trainer, EMDR role will be engaged to co-train as training opportunities become available and will ensure alignment with EMDRIA protocols and standards. The Co-Trainer, EMDR will uphold high standards of clinical practice, training, certification, and evidence-based care, supporting clinicians in delivering effective treatment to their patients. HOW YOU’LL SUCCEED Support a standout educational experience for employees by co-facilitating quality EMDR training, increasing the clinician’s skillset and familiarity with EMDR therapy. Assume a leading role in supporting breakout groups during EMDR training sessions. Maintain related employee training documentation, records of certification, and licensure. Lead group consultation sessions to enhance application of learner knowledge and develop EMDR skills. Other duties as assigned.
