Effectively provides day-to-day management for SSVF staff. The role requires relevant experience in homelessness prevention, rapid re-housing, and transitional supportive services. This position will establish key linkages for clients from intake and assessment through to their attainment or maintenance of permanent housing in their home community. The Co-Team Lead will promote accessibility, conduct outreach to targeted populations, and provide case management, advocacy, and wraparound supports and services in coordination with the VA and community partners.
