About The Position
Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Co-Op in the Process Analytical Sciences-Separation (PAS-Sep) group. At J&J Innovative Medicine, our mission is to create a world without disease. To support titer and aggregate determination of harvest materials and aid in process development, we aim to establish a Mobile Affinity Chromatography method that will be implemented within the PAS-Sep team. Under the mentorship of the hiring manager, the Co-Op will play a key role in conducting this study by executing each phase of the method development project and optimizing the method parameters. Responsibilities will include preparation of reagents, execution of experiments, data collection and processing, and presentation of results throughout the project. The Co-Op will gain valuable hands-on experience in liquid chromatography, method development, protein structure, and various lab techniques.
