About The Position

This Winter/Spring co-op (Jan - June) position will assist engineers in mechanical design using Solidworks, Solidworks Simulation, Autocad and Agile. Additionally, this position involves conducting research for new ESD material, new manufacturing technology, and programming Solidworks using Driveworks Express and Driveworks Solo. We are looking for Junior or Senior level student majoring in Mechanical Engineering. The student must be enrolled in a university and be making forward progress towards a degree. The position requires a minimum of 20 hours per week and hours can be flexible depending on school schedule.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a B.S. or M.S. Mechanical Engineering (or related) academic program.
• Preference for students at a Junior or Senior level.
• Experience with Solidworks CAD software (student version is ok).
• Familiarity with using statistical software to analyze data, troubleshoot, and resolve issues (e.g., SPC, Encore, JMP, SQC, Data Power).
• Ability to commit to being fully on-site over the duration of the co-op.
