About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Co-op Student to support our cabinet manufacturing operations. This position provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced production environment, exposing the student to custom cabinetry, woodworking processes, and manufacturing workflows.

Requirements

• Enrolled in a recognized co-op or work-study program
• Interest in woodworking, manufacturing, or skilled trades
• Ability to use hand tools (training provided)
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in woodworking or manufacturing
• Familiarity with shop tools or CNC machinery
• Basic understanding of cabinet construction or blueprint reading

Responsibilities

• Assist in plant production
• Operate basic woodworking tools and machinery under supervision
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Assist with quality control and inspection of finished products
• Support inventory management and material handling
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
