About the Role General Dynamics Land Systems Co-op Program is hiring for rotations starting winter (January 2026).The engineering co-op will perform various responsibilities depending on the organization in which they are placed. This role will begin in the Integrated Systems: Human Factor Engineering. Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree majoring in either Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering or Human Factors Engineering,
• Must currently be a full-time student at accredited University/College
• Seeking Junior level class standing or higher
• Must successfully pass standard pre-employment screens and must provide an official university transcript before their first day of employment.
• Must be able to rotate on/off every other semester.
• Must demonstrate good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

• Preferred - GPA of 3.0 or higher
• This position may require eligibility to obtain a US security clearance. (Non-US Citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance).

Responsibilities

• Write requirements and perform verification/testing to cover human factors engineering.
• Learn human factors engineering practices and methods.
• May have opportunity to create a human model using Jack software.
