Seeking a student for a Summer/Fall Co-op with analytical and programming skills to work as part of process engineering team in the manufacture of GaAs power amplifier circuits. Student's project is to develop programs and procedures to facilitate finding root cause of various fabrication issues. This work involves implementing procedure to track wafer number used in fab tools, automating data mining of the fab database and correlation to determine root cause of fab issues. Student will work with fab engineering team in fast paced 24x7 GaAs Fab. Requires student with fundamentals in computer science with programming skills. Academic background in physics, chemistry, or material science with familiarity with integrated circuit fabrication is desired. This work requires good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
